Thank you for shopping at Grab&Go! We specialize in portable beach, picnic, and camping essentials (privacy tents, solar showers, beach wagons, folding stools, portable BBQs, and more). All products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers via dropshipping.
1. Order Processing Time
• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
• During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there’s any delay.
2. Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Ukraine):
• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping:
• Standard shipping: 14–25 business days
• Express shipping (DHL, ePacket, etc.): 7–14 business days (available for selected items and countries)
Please note: These are estimated times. Customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery. We cannot control postal services, but we always provide a tracking number.
3. Shipping Costs
• Free shipping on orders over $80 USD (or equivalent) for most items.
• For smaller orders, shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout (usually $8–25 USD depending on weight and destination).
• Heavy or bulky items (beach wagon, BBQ grill) may have higher shipping fees — the exact amount is shown before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your Shopify account.
You can track your package on 17track.net, AfterShip, or your local carrier’s website.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us.
• We will investigate and offer a solution: reshipment or full refund.
• We respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.
6. Additional Information
• All packages are compact and suitable for international shipping.
• Customs duties, taxes, and VAT (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
